Shipping
Shipping charges are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly using the contact information in the order confirmation. Keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials while the issue is reviewed.
Thirty-day returns
Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Before sending anything back, contact us for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
To qualify for a discretionary return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and materials.
Return shipping and refunds
Customers pay return shipping for discretionary returns. If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable on discretionary returns. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post a refund.
Tamper-evident media seal
The seal protecting the installed media card must remain intact. If that seal has been broken, removed, punctured, replaced, or otherwise tampered with, the product is not eligible for a discretionary return or refund.
This restriction protects the included digital library from being copied and then returned. It does not limit any remedy that applicable law requires for a product that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Nonreturnable items
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Products with a broken or tampered media-card seal, except where a remedy is required by law for a defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
- Products damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, improper packing, or ordinary wear.
- Digital downloads, if offered, once delivery or access has begun, except where required by law.
Small-business policy
Retro Sports Radio is a small business. This policy is intended to be straightforward and fair: please inspect the radio when it arrives, keep the media seal intact until you are sure you are keeping it, and contact us promptly if something is wrong.
