These terms apply to purchases from and use of Retro Sports Radio, operated through RetroSeasons.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked below.
Products and configurations
Product photographs, dimensions, finishes, features, broadcast counts, and availability are described as accurately as reasonably possible. Natural materials, screens, and manufacturing runs may produce minor differences in color or appearance. Broadcast counts are approximate and may vary as the archive is reviewed or updated.
Each radio is configured according to the collections and playback order selected at checkout. Please review the order carefully before submitting it.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are presented during checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors and may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Retro Sports Radio does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping and return terms are part of these terms. Please read the Shipping & Returns Policy, including the rule concerning the tamper-evident seal protecting the installed media card.
Historic broadcast collection
The games distributed with Retro Sports Radio are also available free and widely circulated on the internet, including on YouTube and Internet Archive. Their availability on those services does not mean that the recordings are in the public domain. Rights in an individual recording may remain with the original broadcaster or another rights holder.
We include these recordings to preserve and share historic sports content. Your purchase price is for the physical radio, its configuration and preparation, and the related service—not the purchase or transfer of copyright in any broadcast.
Team names, league names, broadcaster names, athlete names, and event descriptions are used only to identify the historical content. Unless expressly stated, Retro Sports Radio and RetroSeasons.com are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those parties.
A rights holder with a good-faith concern about a specific recording may contact us through RetroSeasons.com so the matter can be reviewed promptly.
Personal use
Products and included media are sold for personal, noncommercial listening. Purchase does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, upload, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell the included files separately.
Site use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, products and site content are provided without additional warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Retro Sports Radio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
Changes and severability
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted when an order is placed governs that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
